 Location

 I perform my personal training in Clapham Junction Fitness First. This is just 60 metres ffrom the station (opposite Debenhams and above Revolution bar).

 Prices

 Face to face -

 For personal training, nutrition or EFT therapy:

It is £300 for five session, £550 for 10 session and £1000 for 20 sessions*.

 To do only the Metabolic Typing Test and go through the results it is £125.

* To be paid in one go.

** It is £5 for non Fitness First members to enter the gym to train with me. Payable to reception.

 Online -

 To work with me on line it is £19.99 each week for ten weeks (£199.90 in total).

 Anyone who works with me will also gains access to my  member's area. This contains everything you need to back  up our sessions from nutrition audios to exercise programmes. It contains over 70 audios covering nutrition, exercise  and the mind. It is a great tool to help you achieve your goals. Take a  look what the member's area has to offer.
