offer mentoring and coaching to athletes. Focusing on your long
term training goal I develop and coordinate a fully periodized
training programme focusing on developing your weaknesses
while further enhancing your strengths.
The
mentoring programme covers every base needed for optimal sporting
performance, this includes metabolic typing nutrition, sports psychology
and injury management.
My
support is ideal for people competing in marathons or ultra endurance
events. I work with people from all sports though I specialize

support is provided through detailed training plans, information sheets,
email correspondence and contact by phone or in person.
