How do I eat meat for breakfast

Breakfast is often the hardest meal to get right yet it is perhaps the most important. Get it right and already 25-33% of your meal that week will be contributing to your goals.

I don't know what to say to do EFT / I do not find time to do EFT

EFT is such a powerful technique it is should be done by everyone. Many people do not get round to doing it because they don't know what to say, where to tap or find time to do it. I have no motivation.
