How to get results?

This page details the exact process to follow in order to get results. In addition to this page you may also find the information on the common problems page helpful too.

Making use of the facilities.

Fundamental to success is being able to understand and act upon the information presented to you. To do this you need to make regular use of this members area, the information sheets and audio links I send you and most importantly remain in contact with me throughout the course. Listen to me discuss these simple measures that can prove the difference between success and failure.

How to get results in a nutshell

Listen to me tell you the quickest and surest way to get results. In the audio Ii outline what has to be done for long term success and how this is implemented within the course.

To get results you should:

  • Complete the five steps detox.
  • Increase your weekly percentage of meals that are ideal for your body chemistry up to 80%-90%.
  • Include essential exercise and develop the intensity
  • Focus on mental strategies to ensure the above two occur effortlessly.

The five steps detox

The aim of the detox is to eliminate the most likely foods that will cause trouble for the average person. This often results in immediate improvements in energy and losses in body fat. Look out for negative reactions during the first dew days. Listen to me discuss the the five steps detox and the issues surrounding it

Eating right - Playing the nutrition percentages - better / worse per meal

After the five steps is up it is about getting a certain percentage of your meals right each week to give you the results you want. If you are not getting a high enough percentage right each week you will not get results. Listen to me detail exactly what constitutes getting a meal right.

Exercise.

Once the nutrition is in place exercise will augment and accelerate the results you are looking to achieve. Exercise consists of four main areas. Listen to me details these areas, discuss the intensity to perform them at and overview periodization - How to rotate your exercise.

Getting the mind right

The nutrition and exercise techniques should be fairly easy to make part of your routine. Most people however find some difficulty in implementing certain aspects of the lifestyle. Listen to me discus the mental strategies for success and how they can be applied so you can get results.
