Motivation

Motivation is something we need to succeed. Traditional views of motivation do not serve you well. Listen to me discuss this as I overview this subject and present some key strategies for success.

Gratitude walk - Say thanks and feel good

Feeling a little down, follow along with me as we raise your mood and energy by thanking the world for as many things as possible. See how you feel afterwards. This technique is so effective.

Visualize and state your goals

It is sometimes easy to lose sense of your goal. Use this visualization technique to see yourself at your goal. This should re ignite the motivation

Please note if you are not able to see yourself clearly you should focus on using EFT for visualization until it has become clear.
