feel afterwards. This technique is so effective.
Visualize
and state your goals
It
is sometimes easy to lose sense of your goal. Use this visualization
technique to see yourself at your goal. This should re ignite the
motivation

note if you are not able to see yourself clearly you should focus
on using EFT
for visualization until it has become clear.
