Breathing Technique

Your Breathing plays a foundational roll within your body underpinning the entire system. While all of us breathe well enough to get oxygen into the body to carry on our daily tasks few of us breathe well enough to optimize healthy functioning.

I have spent a lot of time working on this during my recent one on one Yoga sessions. The video below discusses breathing patterns and how to develop an efficient breathing technique.
