All
welcome (guys and girls) regardless of standard or experience, main
thing is everyone is friendly and chatty. Apologizes for the silly
times of the classes but this is when I train on the track.
The
sessions roughly will be structured to include a warm up (sprint
drills) and then Sprints varying between 50m - 600m in distance depending
on the session. The sessions may also include Plyometrics (Various jumps designed to improve jumping
and sprint abilities), agility exercises (Drills to improve your
ability to move in various directions) and Circuits (conditioning
exercises performed for 30-90 seconds duration) but that depends on the plan.
I
also do Emotional freedom technique (EFT) during my rest periods
when I am there on omy own. Not sure if I will add this in, we see.

The
above should take around an hour to 1 hour 15. Though It isn't a
prison so can come and go as you choose.
Points
to note:

The group is free but It costs £3.10 to get into the athletics
track.

This group is a training group along side me rather than a formal
taught class. Therefore you are responsible for your own safety.
Spikes are advised if it rains.

Over 18's only, no weird people, you must be friendly and chatty.

Times do vary depending on my schedule so make sure you are on the email list.
- It does not matter if you are really good or really rubbish, it is all done at your own pace.
