What
does the metabolic typing test involve?
The metabolic
typing test involves answering 150 questions which examine
your physiology and biochemistry. These questions are related to
your physical, psychological and dietary related traits.
This basic level entry can then be supplemented with further testing such as hair tissue mineral analysis, blood glucose, hormone and adrenal stress profiling, metabolic assessment profiling, mucosal barrier function testing, parasite and bacterial stool testing and Type 3 and 4 MRT food sensitivity tests.
The various methodologies have been developed over the last 40 years on tens of thousands of people. The metabolic typing test reveals what foods and nutrients your body needs.

Do you take blood tests?
No, we do not take blood tests. The metabolic typing test looks at behaviour across different levels of the body and more specifically at functioning within the cells. Blood does not reveal this. For example, normal calcium levels in the blood does not
tell us what the levels are in the cells and bones, which is where
the calcium is needed.
The
metabolic
typing test looks at the body across all levels to reveal
your overall pattern of functioning. This allow us to calculate
exactly what foods your body needs, this is called your
metabolic type.

Can anyone work with you?
Yes and no. I am happy to work with anyone if you are prepared to do all
the elements I teach. I have managed to combine metabolic
typing ,exercise,
Emotional
freedom technique (EFT) and other mental techniques into
a very effective programme.
I do not have much time for people who do not try their best or have a closed mind to new techniques and strategies. I do not care how successful you are in your field or any other irrelevant facts. Follow the programme or stop taking up someone else's time who really wants to be successful.
I
prefer working with someone who has a specific goal. I love clients
who have a target amount of weight to lose or an athletic performance
they want to achieve. Any specific goal excites me.

Where can I meet you? / How can I work
with you if I live far away?
I am available for
personal training in the Clapham, Battersea, Wimbledon or Chelsea
area of South West London.
If
you live further a field then you can still work with me through
my
online course. I have had some great results with previous
clients working with me in this way.

Can I just do the Metabolic typing / Exercise
or Emotional freedom technique bits of your service?
Yes, but almost every goal must have a combination of nutrition,
exercise and the mind to get results. So leaving any of these out
could greatly reduce the chances of success.

How much does it cost?
To work
with me on line it is £19.99 each week for ten
weeks (£199.90 in total). To work with me for face to face
personal
training, nutrition
or EFT
therapy it is £55 a session* or £500
if you buy a block of ten sessions**.

How long does the programme take?
The on
line course lasts ten weeks. My Personal
training programme is designed for you to achieve your
goals. You can work with me for as long or as short as this process
takes.

Does everyone get results?
Yes. The body will make improvements during the course, guaranteed. however it does not always make improvements in your specific symptom. This is due to biochemical individuality and the underlying causal factors.
For example, two clients can have a 10% improvement in health, one of these sees it as a drop of 7 pounds in weight while the other enjoys increased energy, reduced food cravings and an end to their headaches. Which is better? It is irrelevant because your body responds as it choose to respond in its own time frame. A little bit the luck of the draw.
Most people see improvements in body fat. Often considerable However, some people do not see the scale of the improvement they would like within such a short time frame as ten weeks. To obtain the levels of results you want you need to resolve the causal factor.

When
will I see results? Most people see some positive body fat changes within the first 10 days, probably about 80% of clients.
After that the results will definitely come for everyone but in what form depends on how your body decides to react. Anyone who sticks to the plan at least in a ball park will see improvements and results.
However, results are not always in body fat first but often other health measures. This is the luck / bad luck of how your body responds. How you respond to this is the make or break decision. Either you front up and face the problems or run off and try another diet or simply give up. Your call.

What evidence is there for it?
The evidence for unique nutritional needs is comprehensive. The
fact we all look different on the outside points to the fact it
is completely irrational to expect us to be the same on the inside.
Examples
of how we are each unique can be seen when two people eat similar
foods but only one of them puts on weight. Other examples include how
only some people get ill when the usual office bug goes around and the total contradiction on all issues nutrition related. These
are all sure signs that our bodies are different which points to
the fact you should also be eating a diet specific to that body.
These are few of the many examples that could be sited which include

The benefits of exercise are never to be questioned and EFT has tens of thousands of testimonials as well as research studies supporting. You can see it work for yourself within ten minutes if you follow along in my videos. The best evidence is in my testimonials section. You will struggle to find a better collection on any other trainer or nutritionist's web site and matches any diet related web site when the numbers of people involved are factored in.

I am a vegetarian, how does that affect things?
he
nutritional analysis will tell us what your body needs to function
optimally. You must follow these to get optimal results. Vegetarians
are an interesting case. I cannot control the requirements of your
body or the results you get, if your body needs the nutrients found
within meats then I must advise this to be consumed. It is then
your decision as to whether you can follow such advice. We will do our best around any decisions you make.

Are there any side effects?
The biggest side effects are improved energy, health, weight loss
and mental well-being. Sometimes the body can experience negative
effects when reducing and discontinuing carbohydrates, caffeine
and other substances. The supplements can also induce a detoxification
effect which again can cause some negative feelings. I aim to keep
such feelings to a minimum.
If you go on to do the full detoxification protocols then yes you will experience negative symptoms. However, one step back for many steps forward is an acceptable outcome in my book.

Will
it cure my xxx?
No, it will not cure your xxx. My methods care little for the symptom you may have as we are looking to improve the underlying functioning. When this is improved you will often see improvements in you health symptom, e.g. lose body fat, improved energy etc. However it is not the focus of the programme. Increasing you efficiency and function is the goal.
As
you can see from the case
studies of people I have worked with it often produces
great changes in the body. Personally this approach resulted in me never having to use my asthma spray since the day I started metabolic typing a few years ago. I no longer have asthma nor allergies.

Must
I follow the guidelines?
Yes, failing to follow the program will inhibit the results. I do
this job to help you get results and improve the quality
of your life. At the same time I have realistic expectations and
all my advice is aimed at being something you can maintain long
term.
So yes you have to follow the advice if you want results, the more closely you follow them the better the results. However, you are an adult so it is up to you how closely you will follow the protocol. If you have no intention of sticking to it to the best of your ability then why are you considering starting? Religious and moral views are of course accounted for but your body needs what it needs and that has nothing to do with my opinions or beliefs nor yours.

What
supplements do you recommend?
The metabolic typing test recommends certain supplements as specified
for your metabolic type. The numbers of supplements are kept to
a minimum and are used to optimize digestion and make up for the
short fall of any nutrients in your food supply.
Whether
you want to take them is up to you but they provide a fantastic
push to your body once you get the nutrition in place so it is highly
recommended. The cost of these could be estimated to range from
£100 - £150 during the course.
For
people who are against taking supplements I would suggest you try
them and if you do not feel better on them then stop.
