When it comes to your stomach size there are three main factors involved. One is how much body fat you have, to remove this you need to follow a plan to lose fat. It is a slow-ish process involving movement and eating which is of course mostly underpinned by your mindset. However, this is only one part of stomach size, the other elements involve the activation of stomach muscles and loosening of areas of the mid section.
