100 Squats

Follow this video to do a simple exercise challenge of 100 squats. This can be done in any location without any equipment. Gym users may want to try this using an additional weight as well.

Any pains in any joints then stop! There should only ever be feeling in the muscles themselves. Note, this is as much a breathing exercise as a legs workout so do not neglect this element. For correct breathing technique watch this video>>
