Yesterday I was back in the park and grinding out some results. I used an exercise most people don’t know about but it can be dramatic in turning your body around. For many clients this is all they need for results when added into your daily routine. The method is called Emotional Freedom Technique and it is ideal for addressing stress.
There is no point beating yourself up for eating badly when stressed or not wanting to exercise when down…. it is your natural response… a way round it is to reduce the stress… various ways to do it but for me EFT is still one of my favourites.
Stress management is part of any good process to change your body. There are also other key areas for success which include developing your thinking, breaking neural connections and more. When you are in this mental state you are literally a different person and can achieve magnificent things.
