The Change Your Thinking, Change Your Shape - Effortless Weight Loss Motivation system is a collection of 15 different behaviour change and motivation producing techniques that make up hundreds of different possible exercises depending on your needs. Through using these techniques in dedicated mind sessions you are able to super charge your mind and motivation. Each session is conducted by phone on skype (not video) where we will go through certain key behaviour change and motivation exercises.
