With my unique experience of working with over a 1000 body transformation clients (aged 14 - 88!!) and numerous professional athletes (I wrote the book Rugby Fitness Training - A Twelve Month Conditioning Programme) I am able to design three main types of programme:
- Weight loss / toning
- Muscle growth / weight gain
- Sports performance - Rugby, Running (Sprints up to Marathons)
Each plan accounts for your -
- Availability - How many sessions/week, duration of session etc
- Facilities - Whether you train in a gym, your home, park etc
- Fitness levels - Tailored to your specific levels of performance*
