Personalised Exercise Plan

With my unique experience of working with over a 1000 body transformation clients (aged 14 - 88!!) and numerous professional athletes (I wrote the book Rugby Fitness Training - A Twelve Month Conditioning Programme) I am able to design three main types of programme:

  • Weight loss / toning
  • Muscle growth / weight gain
  • Sports performance - Rugby, Running (Sprints up to Marathons)

Each plan accounts for your -

  1. Availability - How many sessions/week, duration of session etc
  2. Facilities - Whether you train in a gym, your home, park etc
  3. Fitness levels - Tailored to your specific levels of performance*

* For more accurate and personalized training plans you may choose to complete a fitness evaluation. I will supply you with these instructions.
