Deadlift Technique

Whether I am personal training in Clapham or being a nutritionist across London the deadlift is a powerful exercise to use as part of the plan to transform your body.

The video below shows you how to do the exercise using a barbell in the gym. I still use the deadlift exercise when doing personal training on Clapham Common. A few modifications and you can do it with no equipment at all.
