Personal Training Clapham / Battersea and across London

Personal training is designed for people who want results and need support of a professional. I have specialised in helping people lose weight for over 10 years. I have worked with every type of client from stressed mothers of 4 children to Chief Executives of multi-national companies. Though each client is different success stems from creating a plan of nutrition, exercise and motivation for your current circumstances.

I tailor plans to the reality of the real world. This means it caters for for results yet accepts how most people live in this current day and age. So no stupid diets, plans or radical schemes you cannot follow.

I have total belief in all my clients that they can achieve their results regardless of their background or previous failures and allowing for all types of personality e.g. the "lazy", "unmotivated" "addicted to" etc

I am NOT an army style trainer, I will not shout at you nor smash you exercise wise if not appropriate. There are plenty of these guys around so go look elsewhere if this is what you are after. My approach could be summed up as an "intelligent effort".

How does it work?

First we would meet for a sample session to ensure you understand how it works and to get to know each other etc.

Once on board you will take the nutrition, exercise and beliefs tests. From these I will create a plan of action within each area based off your personal circumstances and results from the tests.

Within each session we would then either focus on exercise, nutrition or motivation together or separately as is most necessary within the context of getting results.

Why is it so successful?

My personal training is very successful because you are getting advice that works (yet different to everything you hear day in day out). I am an expert in nutrition, exercise and the mind. This is why I have been on TV discussing each of these aspects. Success is more than knowing the A,B,C of what to do. It is about actually doing it. My training creates a supportive, motivational and safe environment to change your behaviours and achieve new levels of success.
