In response to my last video a friend commentated that he wanted to lose some body fat but didn’t want to give up nice tasting foods. This is a common issue of course and it is also one that is flooded with lies about what is needed for results. Thanks to a combination of the clean eating brigade, the food police and fake fitness professional most people believe that you have to eat clean and / or perfectly to stand a chance of losing body fat. This is both untrue and puts off so many people from even trying to make an effort. Watch the video to learn about taste, the lies that are told around it and how you can get results and still enjoy your food.
