The plan is in five stages, each stage addresses a crucial element to creating an impossible weight loss transformation.

Stage 1 - Here I help you set up the fundamentals for achieving the impossible. Most people start plans and attempts to get in shape in such a way they are guaranteed to fail from Day 1. I will not let you do that so straight away I will get you on the right foot to move forwards.

Stage 2 - This phase is about changing your thinking. There is no way you will be able to achieve the body of your dreams using the same thinking patterns that have got you here. I will mould your mind set to that of someone who achieves success easily and effortless. Better still I will ensure you become someone who can maintain your results going forwards.

Stage 3 - This phase is about rewiring your connections. Your neural pathways are in charge of a huge percentage of your bad and good behaviours. I will take you though some specific exercises that will rewire your brain around health and fitness so you are on auto-pilot with your healthy behaviours.

Stage 4 - This section looks at the environment around you. While changing your body is a lot about you it is also about the people and circumstances around you. This has a huge influence upon every aspect of change from motivation to consistency. Here I will show you how to set up an environment that guarantees results but without having to change your friends and family or needing to go and live on the side of a mountain.

Stage 5 - This phase is about developing who you are as a person. The path to changing your body very often is actually a path to developing and growing yourself as a person. Here I will take you through a process that allows for rapid personal growth but at a speed comfortable to you. This very often results in dramatic changes in your physical body and health.

The plan is a combination of videos, downloadable plans and handouts. You can interact with me and others through the comments section and the facebook group.
