Personal
training is the most effective way to achieve results. The sessions
combine all the techniques I promote. This includes a workout
containing all four
areas of exercise, discussions on nutrition using
metabolic typing and EFT therapy.
In
each training session the workout is designed specifically for your
abilities and needs. I will motivate you to new levels of
performance and give you the push to get the results you need.
A training session lasts around an hour to an hour and a quarter.
If
you decide to work with me you will also gains access to
my member's area. This contains
everything you need to back up your training from nutrition
audios to exercise programmes. It contains over 70 audio recordings
and it is a great tool to help you achieve your goals. Take
